Staff and Volunteer Testimonies

Al Lewis, Jr.

Executive Director

When I was released from prison in 1980, the church was noticeably absent. Over the years I have discovered that the church wanted to help but they did not know how. That is why I dedicated myself to developing programs that would assist and equip the church, governmentagencies, and community service providers to help transition inmates, ex-offenders, and their families back into the community. Reducing the RECIDIVISM rate makes good economic sense. When these lives are transformed the end product produced are safer communities.
